HappiePill Return and Refund Policy

1. Expired Medications

If you receive medications that have expired or will expire within 30 days of delivery, HappiePill will provide either a replacement or a full refund based on the following criteria:

  • Product Available: A new shipment will be sent at no additional cost
  • Product Unavailable: Full refund will be processed within 7-10 business days

2. Customs-Related Returns

When packages are returned due to customs clearance issues:

  • First Attempt: HappiePill will resend the package with proper documentation at no additional cost
  • Second Failure: If customs clearance fails again, a full refund will be initiated
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be completed within 10-15 business days from the second return

3. Customer Refusal of Delivery

If you refuse to accept the package upon delivery and it is returned to our facility:

  • No refund will be provided
  • No replacement will be sent
  • The order will be considered complete and non-refundable

4. Invalid Address Information

Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer:

  • No refund will be issued
  • No replacement shipment will be sent
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information

5. Internal Processing Issues

If HappiePill encounters internal processing problems after payment has been received:

  • Customers will be immediately notified of the issue
  • Full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • No shipping charges will be deducted

6. Order Modifications

  • Orders cannot be modified, cancelled, or edited once placed and payment is confirmed
  • Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase
  • Contact customer support within 30 minutes of placing the order for urgent concerns

7. Damaged Packaging

If you receive a package with damaged outer packaging:

  • Replacement Eligibility: Damaged items will be replaced free of charge
  • Proof Required: Customer must provide an unedited video recording of the package opening process
  • Reporting Timeline: Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Assessment: Our team will review the video evidence and approve the replacement within 24 hours

  • All refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to HappiePill’s error.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information for refund communication.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
